Description
Being Overlanding Tourists here in Veracruz we are very happy to have met Trysha. We did two excellent introductory cooking classes with her to Mexican Cuisine! We learned a lot about the ingredients, origins and were taught some special tricks - above all in handling chiles, fruits, differentiating them, how to make tortillas, etc. Moreover, we learned at lot of new vocabulary and about the country and food. And Trysha has a lot of recommendations for Veracruz - also for the mercado. It will be really helpful for our ongoing travel and Best of all - we had a really good time and a lot of fun together! Therefore, highly recommended!
