This is an Almacen Fiscal where you can store your van to get your TIP suspended. Open Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. They take care of all the paperwork, including Aduana, when you store your van. But when you pick up, you'll need to go first to Aduana at Liberia airport. 200usd for the first 8 days , 4 usd per additional day

Can anyone tell me if this place is still operating? I need a place to store my van Dec 2023 for 1 month. Does anyone have any contact info?
Report Check-InRate is now 200 plus 4 usd per day. Apparently negotiable if long stay. We came all the way here as we were told we will have a space under roof. When we arrived the under roof place was not available anymore... be aware it can also happen to you. Otherwise paperwork easy, they do it all, no need to go to custom, one year max.
Report Check-InCame here for info to store my RV for quick trip back to Canada. They told me that I would need to go the Liberia airport to suspend the TIP and then return to them with the paperwork. And was told it was $150 US for the 4 days I would be gone. The young men working in the office were rude and not helpful. It took forever to get that little bit of info out of them. And I was not feeling comfortable leving my vehicles there. So I went to the airport and after 9 people and 2 hours was able to find out that as I was only leaving for a short time and was able to show my return ticket, and still have 2 months left on my TIP, that I would not need to suspend it. This is probably different if you are close to the end date or plan on going over you TIP limit. I was also able to get permission to leave my RV in the airport parking lot. But if anything happened, the airport was not responsible. I left the RV at the hotel grounds I was staying at. And paid 8 bucks a day for safe fenced in with 24 hour security.
