These two stations exist and are mapped on Open Street Maps (maps.me and OsmAnd apps use this, and I've added the second station today).
There is a petrol station further north at the village where the wind farm workers reside, which is en route to Loiyangalani. GPS: 2.489566, 36.841481. This is also on Open Street Maps (i.e., maps.me and OsmAnd apps). There is a security check point before the village. When I arrived at the fuel station, two guys turned up in a 4x4 specifically to serve me.
Report Check-InThere’s actually 2 stations opposite each other. We paid 120 KES per liter diesel.
First real station since crossing the border with Ethiopia near Illoret. We drove from Jinka - last station in Ethiopia - to here, which is roughly 800km.
Report Check-InDiesel was 125 ksh. If heading north fill up at every town before here as it gets progressively more expensive. This is the last one before lake Turkana, the next is in Marsabit. Account for very rough roads north of South Burr especially minor tracks.
