Latest Check-Ins
Called police dept to confirm if we can stay there and it changed about a year ago. No more “camping” day use only. Park closes at 11pm.
Report Check-Inwe didn't stay because the sign said that any cars can stay when the park is closed for the night
Report Check-InThere are approximately a dozen spots which are located along a long, tree lined, concrete island. Within the island there are post with electric hook ups (not adequate for a/c). There's a 3 to 5 day limit (?) unless cleared with the Fort Morgan Police Department 970-867-5678. There are no fees to use the park. Showers are available at the nearby pool for $3 or $2 at the Recreation Center 970-542-3921 for open hours. The amenities at this park are amazing.....great trail along the North Platte River.
