We tried 7 different petrol stations, even went to the loading area of trucks, but nowhere was diesel available. Only got 15 liters of which 5 were spilled by the fuel station guy. So bring enough in advance, the next station might be Sary Tash going east, but for sure Chorog going west.

We got diesel at the small station with the silver tanks opposite of the Pamir Hotel. 9 Somoni per Liter. They also take Euro or US-Dollar for the official rate!
