Mr. Victor Lau replied with a message that he no longer provides this type of service (vehicles' imports/ export). I'm not sure if it's due to the pandemic, so I haven't marked it closed yet.

Worked with Victor and his colleagues to clear out our vehicle from the port. We shipped with Maersk. You’ll need to present origina BL, vehicle’s title, passport, immigration form provided upon entering México. Paid $3,800 Mexican pesos. ($200) for agent fees. The rest of the port fees were paid at the port. Once all required documents have been submitted to your agent and shipping company by Beristain (Victor’s company) will do the revalidation of the BL at the port to proceed with the inspection of the container by Aduanas. We processed the TIP online so didn’t have to do that step on site.

We shipped our german truck from Veracruz to Cartagena with Wallenius Wilhelmsen. Victor was our Agent in Veracruz. He takes care of everything, we only had to go once to the harbour to open the cabin for inspection.
US$ 450 (MXN 8300) for his service incl. some fees

Victor took care of our shipment back to Europe and arranged everything. It took 3 days, too. We we're in good hands and everything worked out perfectly. We highly recommend to use an agent to do the shipment.

It is possible to ship without brooker, but this will take u up to a week or more.
We are very satisfied with Victor. After some initial contact by WhatsApp our rv was processed in just one day.

Victor was our agent and everything worked well. You will need up to three days to organize the shipping with him. First day we met Victor and brought all our documents/copies. Second day we brought the Van to the harbor. Third day customs officer checked the van. I would recommend to contact Victor in advance since vehicle shipping is not his main business he might be busy and could not have time. He told us about the situation in Nicaragua he has more requests and sometimes has to refuse people. Btw. he speaks very good german too, his parents were german.

Office of Beristain Shipping. Victor was great in helping us with the very complicated port procedure. Speaks perfect English. you can't do this without an agent
contact him as soon as you get to Veracruz. he is not good at replying to email before this. [email protected]
