Milenco and his team are brilliant. We parked outside for what was recommended as a safe place to stay and through the security guard we were brought inside the huge workshop.
Milenco speaks fluent English as well as being a very knowledgeable mechanic. He understood the needs of a thorough service to ensure that we are road worthy and suggested a heap of improvement for the longevity of the vehicle.
He services all the FedEx trucks too.

Excellent!!! Super competent and helpful people. The owner (Milenko) speaks English fluently. They maintain a fleet of Mercedes and other trucks and have easy access to spare parts and other specialist (aircon in our case). They fixed various issues with our Sprinter in one day and at a very fair price. Highly recommended :)

As mentioned before: excellent and very precise and conscientious mechanics, extremely helpful and friendly, looking for and finding solutions for parts not available in Chile. We spent 3 nights and almost 4 days to have a bunch of problems fixed we were not even aware of when we arrived. I have not ever encountered a comparably professional and at the same time amiable staff in all the countries I have been to, Europe or the Americas. Don Mateo the owner, is an old-school gentleman, a true caballero interested in the satisfaction of his customers. His son, Milenko, organizes everything, is present everywhere. So if you have a problem anywhere in Chile or neighbouring Argentina and can somehow get here - this is the place to go. Fullest recommendation!!!! I'd give ten stars if there were. I'm surprised there's not more comments, seeing how travellers regularly come here and how good they are. Anyway, every good mechanics has this comment so I'll do this one: this is the best mechanics we've seen in south america (maybe along with the one in Cali)
They mostly do trucks for big companies (copec, FedEx, TNT, bomberos), but also a few cars. It's a big shop, there's maybe 5 mechanics there.
They changed our cylinder head gasket, water pump, radiator, timing belt, found why our motor was getting hot, and did a very good job repairig all of it, doing things the right way so we wouldn't have issues in Patagonia. For other travellers that couldn't find the parts they even made them themselves.
I'm not sure they're cheap, but maybe it's just Chilean prices. At least I'm sure it's not overpriced.
Also you can sleep in your van while they work on it, they have wifi, bathrooms and hot shower.
Would recommend 10/10 if you need a mechanics in Santiago, ask for Milenko there

Probably the best mechanics I’ve encountered to the day. Huge shop that can fit any rig, motor home, camper. Brought my Jeep for a power steering pump and swaybar links replacement, and they also diagnosed some issues I had with my engine turning off and losing power at times. Very knowledgeable, the owner and the son both own jeeps and are truly passionate about proving the best service. They were remarkably fast at getting the parts and having me out of the shop as soon as possible. I really can not say enough good things about these people. I wouldn’t bring my rig anywhere else!

Mecanic garage very profesional and especialies in truck and camping-car. Very nice staff, helpfull and at your disposal.
We've made a tecnical revision before selling our camping-car. They have a man who is especialies in electricity.
Perfect when you have something wrong in your camping car !
We really recommend it !!
