Between the new and old bridge you will find a flat area by the riverbank. Amazing place with view over the Mutum river. We walked across the old bridge and came back across the new one. Saw a big caiman and a giant anteater on the other side. Amazing wildlife, but drive slow, because you really have to look to spot it. Easy to set up at tent here and big rig friendly (the access road are narrow and over grown, it is worth the few scratches). Only a little bit of noise from the few cars, that drive across the new bridge. Quiet night.

Lots of room for all sizes. I got here on a Sunday afternoon. it was packed with ppl, BBQ, swimming, music. They all left by 6pm.
I choose to go to the other side of the old bridge and park my motorcycle on the dirt track then camp at the bottom by the river. Beautiful!
Unless there is howler monkeys or something else loud around here. well then it sounded like Jaguars roaring(?) in the night. who knows, but it was loud!
fishing was great. caught lots on a red and silver spinner.
