Description

We tried the spot up the road but wasn’t good for tent camping. Found this place - just space for a tent in dry mud next to the riverbed. Access is down the dirt road just west of the pin and then walk along the riverbed until you see the clearing on the right. Vehicle access would be difficult (dry riverbed) but bicycles and possibly motos would be okay. Really sheltered from the wind, great night sky, only possible when river is dry!

Latest Check-Ins

Good location indeed for bikes and motos. However, across the main road is another road from which you are visable. Difficult to find a flat spot due to all the rocks, watch out for all the spikes. Fantastic stargazing!

Good location , hidden from the view of road. at the pin there is an small dirt road on right going down...cars wont be able to make it...good for bikes and motos. Then cross to the other side of river bed walk for about 50 meters there are 2 or 3 spots that can be used for camping which are hidden from both sides.

we didn't stay in the riverbed because it was the beginning of the rainseason, but at the flat area on the other side of the house (toward Millares, coordinates are a bit off) nice spot for one night, quite noisy (next to street) but hidden behind some bushes..
be careful though with the spikes of some of the plants (got through one of our shoes!!!)....

Sobre el río. En invierno sin agua. Tranquilo. Te puedes esconder entre los árboles.
