It's a free parking area, in a industrial zone.
There is a park next with toilets and drinking water. Open 8am-sunset.
We spend 7 days, it's safe, sometimes a little bit noisy (trucks that unload in the factory next door or the music of cars that are going to hang out). Nobody borthered us.
15 minutes walking to the downtown.
Perfect for park the van and spend the day in the city.
There are restaurants and a brewery close with good wifi.

No longer a spot. Private property signs like the previous person mentioned. On the street parking side there is now “no parking 2am-6am, vehicles over 7’ high or 22’ long.”
Report Check-InThere are "private proprietie" signs nearby and there were no other cars/rv around so i decided to go elsewhere, i did not wanted to risk being towed.
Report Check-InNice spot so close to downtown. Some noise at night feom the train and city, but there were a few vans and smller RVs parked there. Definitely seemed like some people are living here.
Report Check-InStayed here for over a week. Perfect place to stay are explore LA. 13 minute walk to Chinatown subway station. Every night we were among at least 3-4 other RVs/sprinters/vans. Park in the pull in spots right by the park. When we first arrived we saw nobody else except a large camper who clearly is there permanently, upon arriving back to our van that night there were several more vans and campers. Currently there is construction being done on the buildings across the street and we were woken up between 6-8am multiple mornings to them demolishing a building. Other than that I couldn't recommend this place more, will be staying here again when we head back to LA.
Report Check-InGreat place to park in LA. We parked our sprinter van here all day while we explored the city, came back and spent the night here. Quiet and flat. No no signs or issues.
Report Check-InVery quiet for Las Vegas ! No traffic in the road. Only train.
1 km Chinatown subway.
We have a 28 feets. No problem to find space.
