Recommended ! we had several repairs to do on our véhicule (Ford). immediatly the mechanics diagnosed the problems.
They found the pieces ( courroie de distribution ) Very competent, they make perfect repairs.
Friendly people, they allowed us to pass 1 night in the workshop.
It is a big and well equipped workshop.

We had brakes and aircon fixed, of our Ford e350. Skilled and friendly people. We were allowed to spend the night in workshop, with basic facilities and wifi. Recommended!

Despite David having moved as per previous check in, we had already started work here. Absolutely lovely team who diagnosed our problem and had parts delivered the next day by dodge specialists in Bogota and the van was fixed. We stayed 2 nights in the garage which had a shower and WiFi. Open Saturdays and parts and 2 days labour for replacing 5 suspension parts came to $270, fantastic value and good workmanship .

It's a rather big and well equipped workshop, yet with simple, honest and very competent people. It was recommended on my request by a Ford parts dealer in Bogotá (Henry in Henford), and I'm so happy I found this gem! The owner, Diego Andres is quite a talent, very competent and almost maniac in checking all the details. He's definitely customer-oriented, he made sure that our truck is totally fine before hitting the road again. Besides, Bucaramanga is THE right place to fix a vehicle, it's got thousands of parts stores and specialists for everything and anything. We got our International 7.3 IDI diesel engine fully rebuilt; even the crankshaft was fixed in a specialised workshop (see separate entry I made). Totally amazing what these guys are capable of, and for a fraction of the price it would cost in the west. Best of all is total transparency on the costs and at no time felt being cheated, almost the opposite I would say, because even after spending much more time than planned (2.5 weeks), Diego hardly charged me more. We camped inside the workshop most of this time, there's WiFi, basic toilets and a shower, it's very quiet at night. Contact him in advance if you can, his excellent reputation keeps him quite busy.
