Next to the temple is a parkingarea. We found over 10 Chinese overlander campers there, so spending the night is no problem at all. Great views over Ulan Ude.

Report Check-InIndeed a magnificent view over the city. daytime there is a clean toilet available for 10 r. the gate closes at eleven. The guard wanted to send us away but after a small talk we could stay for the night. I don't think it is usual to camp here but many possible when you ask kindly. When you stay here go to visit the monastery in the morning
