At the entrance (/staircase) to Alla hot spring. You can rent a room or camp on the site. Price for camping is 70 rbl. Lots of mosquitoes. Pit toilets, potable water available. Road is pretty good, it’s offroad but the track is clearly visible, we followed the path indicated on maps.me and it was accurate. Awesome views on the mountains, nice hot spring.
