get the customs sorted here. collect all required stamps, first window 22 for some stamps.
then after inspection at Main Gate (outside) present the report at window 32. they will stamp the CPD paid 90dh
then go to window 4 give them deliver orders document to recieve bill of entry, paid 40dh

I got my campervan out of the port in 3 hours. I went to this agency's office near the port at 9am, they gave me 3 documents including a "Request for daily gate pass". I get the daily gate pass in front of the port quickly. Then I told the guy in the office at the main gate that I want to pick up my car. Nice man immediately called a customs officer who drove to the car with me and made inspection. He glanced inside the car and then just showed me photos of his own camper. Back at the main gate I got a document from him and had to go to an office 10m away for a stamp. There they sent me to the import counter at the costume office. There I was sent to two more counters next to the import counter. Then I had to go back to the office at the main gate where a customes officer took me to this Carbin/Yard 6, where the key and my car were (on the way he jumped in another office for a stamp). Then I was allowed to drive the car out of the port. There were no long waits and I paid a total of 76€! Good service!

Keep calm and be ready to spend 6/7hours to collect papers and stamps for your vehicle! I arrived at 9am in the morning by ferry from Iran, I exit from port at 4pm....
stupid list of paperwork you have to collect, from office to office (people friendly). And not so cheap.
For my Vespa I paid:
460aed bill of loading
20aed inspection
90aed custom
40aed tax invoice
About the final step, x Ray, you can avoid it, go directly to the office to get the stamp.
