A beautiful campsite, just outside Fretheim, at the riverside, underneath a huge waterfall. There is a running river, with enough ground clearance so you can also park on the beach of the river. Simply stunning views of river and waterfall and surrounding mountains

100 meters back to Flåm is a very special place called "Place of Dreams". Also with a shelter, benches and bbq.
Very nice spot near a river and waterfall.
The water is very clean and fresh.
Place for min. 2 Cars.
Beautiful spot for one vehicle. No big rigs allowed on the road leading up to this place.
Report Check-InGood spot. The river and the waterfall are loud. Airplugs help.
With low river can set up tent in river bed.
On higher ground not that many tent spots but no problem for a camper.
Awesome place. Also great to take a bath in the lake :D Road to this place is very narrow.

Report Check-Inwildly beautiful place for 1 camper. further up the road, which is worth exploring, there are more possible sites. please ask the owner of the house nearby for permission to stay.
Report Check-InLovely area next to the river and under a waterfall. Enough room for 2x medium sized vehicles. Parking/camping on the gravel beach is no longer an option. The river has cut away at the bank and it is now inaccessible.
