Entre Rios - fish your own trout | Tourist Attraction

The place is called 'Mirador de pescas'. Here you can watch the trout fishes for 2000 and also catch your own. we didn't do it. we went to the kiosk and asked to buy a trout fish for 2 people. The owner went with us to the ponds and caught one, it costs 8000/kg. We also asked to clean it out.

It was absolutely delicious. We cleaned off the slime by rubbing it in salt. Buy some parsley, lemon, peper, salt, kitchen paper and make yourself a treat. Look up in Google 'trout Mullerin art' and you will find some easy recipes. Enjoy!

Nice little place where you can go down to the river and fish rainbow trout from three artificial but lovely pools. 5000 pesos per kilo. The river looks enchanted here :-)
