Report Check-InStayed one night in a tent. I was able to find a good flat spot in the corner. Scenic place, especially if it's not cloudy.
Report Check-InGreat view on a cliff, no beach access. 1 bar ATT 5G. Easily fits several large rig.
Report Check-InMostly level dirt/gravel area right between Kalifornski Beach Rd and the beach. No signs noted to indicate no parking or overnight. Easily accommodates big rigs if not already full of other vehicles. Good AT&T.
Report Check-InBreathtaking views! A little noisy because it is right next to the road, it these views make up for it. We were alone, but this spot definitely fits several big rigs.
Report Check-InGreat spot with space for 15 rigs (if you want to get cozy). Had 8 rigs there for two days and everyone had plenty of space. ATT signal was great and we were able to work just fine.
Report Check-InNo problem getting into this spot with a 170 inch wheelbase Sprinter van (tall and long). Nice view of ocean and volcanoes in background. 4 other overlanders stayed the night in larger rigs and we had plenty of space to spare.
Report Check-InNice cliff parking. Need high clearance to get over the hump in to the clearing. One other van/tent but plenty of room.
Report Check-InExactly as described. We got over the driveway hump in our 2WD Transit van (not extended body). It was quiet and peaceful.
Report Check-InBig gravel area above Kalifornsky Beach with a great view of the Cook Inlet. The traffic noise from the close road is killed by the sound of the wind and the waves.
Report Check-InGreat place to camp high above the beach facing the mountains and volcanoes. As stated be careful of the large hump coming in. We watched a medium size RV drive in and out, dragging parts both ways.
Report Check-InBeautiful view. Basic gravel lot on cliff. Confirmed open, but gravel hump may deter long wheelbases. State of Alaska land.
Report Check-InHard to detect the entrance. No signalisation. Watch your GPS. As described. But not much to do around du to the cliff above the beach. For long RV, the clearance at the entrance could be a problem. They seem to have tried to block it before the local took some of the gravel out.
Report Check-Inparking above cliff. beautiful sunset. view over beach and back to volcanoes. good AT&T coverage
