I was here in early August and there wasn't a single mosquito! Can still hear some highway traffic but I had the whole place to myself. Follow the dirt track off the road by an abandoned bus stop and you'll come to a small gravel pit. follow the track further for another one.

good place for the night. we camped here with rooftoptents. The gravelpit at the end is the best with rooftoptents because you don't have the wind.
