Good place right in the city with a grassy flat area to pitch a tent. There is also an abandoned building, but unfortunately without a roof and too much vegetation inside.
People pass by, but are all friendly. You have some noise, but it isn't that bad. It's actually a good place to pitch a tent, if you want to stay in the city.
