Latest Check-Ins

Had a really nice time with our guide Constantin. Visited the local clinic, school and the traditional doctor and had a consult there. You can do the activities in the village that you are most interested in and just ask them/build up your own tour. Would recommend if you want to learn more about local life. Arranged my trip via Sam with phone number 00 260 97 6373126. Have fun!!

We spent a lovely day and night here. We went to church, visited the school, watched a football match, and ate great local cuisine. We were treated to some traditional dances by the fire before retiring to our hut for the night. The next day we had the opportunity to visit the local healer, an English class, and a local gin operation.

Prices are now $35 for the day, $70/night. Reservations can be made through any of the lodges or through Kawaza Village's Facebook page (or just show up like we did).
