As the cedar lake campground was full we spent the night at this reststop. there were a few other campervans, plenty of space and a pit toilet.

Report Check-InNice spot next to the river but I am surprised than nobody mentioned before the number of mosquitoes... it is really overwhelming ! prepare for litterally thousands of really big and hungry mozzies around your vehicle. We had an invasion and killed at least 100 inside our motorhome.. We left in the middle of the night for the Husky gas station on highway 1, we could not sleep with all these mosquitoes flying and biting us. Apart from that, pretty decent
Report Check-InNice size gravel lot with a pit toilet. Very quiet and very dark. The bridge across the river is just down the hill and makes for a nice spot to walk and view the sunset over the mountains. Excellent Verizon service here.
Report Check-InStill ok to sleep there. Be carefull, the road gets steep on it's edges.
