Great place. Stayed 6 nights, we stealth camped with no issues, not sure how it would go if you had a more visible camper. Space wise it is not a problem though.
Vehicle ferry cost 1170 pesos return, including two people. Leaves from Punta Sam in Cancun, company is called Ultramar.
