We had a quiet night at the parking lot of Fuerte Lambert.
It's a dead end and during the week there's hardly no traffic in the offseason.
Don't know about the weekend or high season.
The "fort" has no entry fee, a nice view over the sea and bay, opens at 09:00 and closes at 20:00.

Report Check-InThe fort is open between 09:00 and 20:00. Small cafe inside with a toilet, not sure what their hours are. Nobody bothered us for camping here.
Report Check-InNice place to stay for a night, very few people in the evening and nobody bothered us. Please keep clean! It’s the parking lot of a free tourist attraction. Some barking dogs in the night but none are aggressive. There appeared to be lots of shattered glass on the ground from break ins but we had no issues...
Report Check-InBe aware! We spent a quiet night after the fort had been closed at 8 pm. The next morning we parked the camping car at the beginning of the parking lot. When we returned from a walk to the harbour, the side-window was broken and some belongings were stolen. Seems to be a bad neighborhood. Try to park right next to the (unofficial) security guard!
