Stayed 1 nite. Not well marked from Hwy 3 but the road in is paved all the way. 3 picnic tables/fire pits. Not busy when we arrived. Very quiet since it is far from the highway and railway. There is a babbling creek very close to the sites. Will stay again.

Such a nice little spot, the creek is beautiful and clean. Many campers rolling in for an overnight spot. The road that continues from the rec site is private property.
Unfortunately, there was some garbage/toilet paper left behind.
One pit toilet, couple of spots with picnic tables and fire pits. 40 minutes from Oosoyos and 10 minutes to Rock Creek.
No cell service.

Beauty little out of the way spot. Close to Hwy3 makes for a good overnight if traveling.

wow! literally a Oasis in the desert! came here during a heatwave and the temperature in the trees is much cooler than anywhere else I had been in the past 6 day. the water was beautiful trees and plants green. I just can't recommend this spot enough

Nice area right by a little creek. Three "official" sites with picnic tables and firepits, but room for quite a few. One night there were 5 setups, one of which was a truck and trailer and we all had plenty of room. Pit toilet on site, unserviced so provide your own supplies. No garbage cans nearby so unfortunately some garbage tends to be left here. Occasional truck noise on the road behind but it's infrequent and short lasting. Met some awesome people each night I was there.

Indeed a great site as described earlier.
Only I call on all campers, please take out your garbage and leave the site cleaned. Picture shows how we found some pits on Sunday after the weekend, it’s a disgrace !!!!
If campers leave sites like this, free campsites will soon be over.

super spot rivière table fire pit personne en ce temps de l'année un local super sympas est venu jouer au ballon avec son chien on entend de temps en temps les 4 roues mais rien qui dérange... je recommande
peu de reseau

Great little free site about 1km off the highway. Very easy access. Space for about 4 rigs. Gold in the river so bring your pan.

Great spot right by the river! 3 benches and fire pits but space for many more vehicles or tents. Had some reception with Telus. Apparently the reception is right next to the outhouse :D Short drive from the highway, a little steep but paved road - totally doable with any type of vehicle.

beautiful place. the creek is small but still perfect for a little cool down bath. wonderful grassy area. with pit toilets and firepits. highly recommended!

Great spot for an overnight we, wide open spaces in a little secluded spot. No/very little service with Telus.

Fantastic site! Ample flat grassy camping areas with a nearby stream. Clean vault toilet. Far enough from highway, zero road noise.

Great place! Surrounded by the sound of the little stream and the birds. Some tables, firepits and a toilet. What more do you need?
The road to it is all paved, so no 4wd or anything.
Loved it!

Take Canyon Rd to Mt. Baldy and follow it to get there, it’s in kind of a valley, cute spot, surrounded by the road, but the roads don’t seem busy.
Very much snowed in for the winter, would only suggest for summer and fall.

A great little campground. Three spots spread out over a large area and along the small creek. Tables, fire pits and one pit toilet. And on top of it... it's free :-)) .
