Amazing place a small oasis in the middle of a desert. One of the best we stayed in. Like warm showers and a very nice pool. The staff is very friendly which offered various trips. We ended up going to the lake and the waterfalls with a Masai guide which I would definitely recommend. Our guide was very kind and explained a lot about the Masai community and the nature and animals. The waterfalls were amazing. An absolute must do.
I would recommend bringing cash with you to pay for everything. If you don’t have any there are ways to get some by the community but it does take about 30 minutes and it’s easier to just bring some along. We paid 10.000 pppn. We camped with rooftop tents but you can also sleep in lodges or bring your own tents. Lots of shade
A very lovely place I would 100% recommend.
Only Wi-Fi was pretty weak but it didn’t bother us.

Camping with roof top tent on grassy area at the Lodge. Great views of Oldonyo Lengai and Lake Natron. Western toilets, showers, food available. Swimming pool and secure parking. Maasai heartland.

Nice location near Ngare Sero Falls. Average campgrounds with uneven ground. Plenty of shade. The pool is a nice addition though and we managed to camp on a flat section next to the pool during low season. Ever-flowing stream water on site. Basic ablutions. Lot’s of exposed wires around which is a big hazard especially close to the pool.
Paid 10usd pppn. Just take note of the other exorbitant fees required when accessing the general Natron area.

Oasis is really hot and dry land. Swimming pool. Cooked our selves. Lake Natron is very expensive. 35$ pppn plus car fees and WMA $29,50. The heartbreaking thing is that this supposedly community fee is not benefiting the community but goes the central government. May be better to pay the local guys. Not sure the entire thing is worth it. Waterfall walk is wonderful! And the lake is stunning with flamingo’s, pelicans and storks.

Shaded campsite with swimming pool filled with spring water. No view of lake Natron and Ol Donyo Lengai volcano except from the top of the restaurant/bar (but it's a stunning one!). Some of the cottages have view to the lake only. Payed 10 USD ppn for camping probably because there's no guests (corona crises). Slow wifi and no mobile internet with Vodacom and Airtel. Beers are 6,000tzs but not really cold.
