Didn’t work for me to get registered here. They said only hotels or citizens can do it for you. There is an app called eQonaq where they can do that.
Report Check-Inthanks a lot for this eves! There is no sign, no direction whatsoever - nor anything written in English. Have Google translate prepared! Very friendly guards and officers; they first told me I don't need a registration, but did it after all. Best to come early; lunch time until 14:30.
