Zero shade which kinda sucks when it's 90+. All other spots were snagged (labor day weekend) so this was it. Made the mistake of trying to go farther up in my 30' skoolie, I wouldn't advise it. Road was busy and a dune buggy came barreling around a corner and nearly hit me head on. Road is narrow and few places to get over for oncoming vehicles. It's also much rougher past this site and no place to turn around. Stream is nice, dogs are enjoying it!
Report Check-InPull off spot right off of trail along creek. Has fire ring. Tall trees so slightly private but trail is busy with cars and ORVs in AM and evening. Can walk back from sight to larger creek to fish or drive up to the lake. Stayed here 3 nights.
