Nice to be hosted in a 19th madrasa. rooms at ground level are dark, but cooler.

We booked this place by AirBnB. 22 euro per night (two adults and two kids). But they made a mistake: technicaly/financialy we booked Mekhtar Amber Hotel, but the site gave the name and the adres of this guesthouse. They are connected and have the same owner. The lady confermed we were at the right adres. So we checked in and used the washingmachine twice. Then by eight o clock at night, we found out that they made a mistake on their AirBnB site. The guesthouse manager didn’t alow us to stay for 22 euro (even though He could have arranged that with the hotel manager, his boss) and said we had to leave again and go to the other hotel. With kids, in the dark while raining and with two bags of wet laundry. And a car that’s so high we could hardly get out of the small streets. I was furious. Than He had the nerves to ask me if I would like to pay for the laudry. Obviously not. When he left I found out that if we would not pay the 12 euro’s he would deduct that from the salary of the student who worked there. What n A*****.
We ended up in the hotel for the same price in a better room, better location, and with connected bathroom.

cozy hostel in Bukhara just few minutes walk from the center.
room comfortable and nice common area.
there's room to park motorcycles or bicycles, cars can be park outside but is still a safe road and neighborhood.
overall recommended
