At the parking of Cultural Center and restaurant, on the left, there is an area with many places to camp. Lot of camper already here but many places to sleep. Close to the highway, a little noisy but it’s ok. The road is very easy.

looks like you can still stay there. a few motorhomes tucked in the pinion pines. many little spots to tuck in. you can get a ways off the highway. asked permission at the Hopi cultural center. they said, free in trees, they charge if you park on the pavement. saw a juniper titmouse here.
