Stunning scenery, at the thermal pools and the road to get there. There is a river crossing 500m before the pools so depending on your vehicle and the height of the river, you may have to walk the last bit. The cost has gone up. Now 10,000 pesos. There are water taps at the side of the banos but I didn't see and kind of water treatment/purification. It looked like raw run off from the groundwater. I don't suppose its too bad but I would bring your own bottled water.

The area itself alone is worth a visit, the hot springs are a nice extra! 😉 during high season quite some people but it’s a big parking area so we didn’t mind. There are flush toilets and showers but the showers are freezing cold. We stayed two nights and absolutely loved it here. Also possibilities to go for a hike. It’s at 3000m. Drive only during daytime as some parts of the road are quite narrow and dangerous.

it was closed when we went, apparently the
road wasn't praticable. we asked some locals and they didn't know when it was going to open again

Beautiful place but full off people in the weekend.
we sleep here the night.

jolie place mais pleine de monde le week-end.
nous avons dormi sur place.

Beautiful area, the ‚hot‘ springs are just warm but nice, there are cold showers and toilets, as well as sinks for washing dishes. There are a few fire pits, and be careful, there are many rusty nails on the floor on the right hand side.

The hot springs in Colina are warmer and cleaner, but here you are almost alone during the week, we were totally alone from 18:00 to 11:00.

Entrance is 6000.- per person. Nice place!

Place is big rig friendly, but the way there can be tricky with traffic. Avoid weekends.
