Hotel Maison Sifa is a great place! The rooms are as the should be up to western standard! Everything Wirkung, nice, neat and clean. 40 € for two is a very fair price.

WARNING. We called in to stay but checked the price first and we were first shown a very nice room but she quoted $85 US per night. We said no thanks so then she showed us another room not so good as the first and it was $70 US per night. Way too much so we left and stayed at the Hotel Ibis for $50 US per night.
