Description

Camping and cabin, belongs to a Cotopaxi Local Guide. They have showers (hot water), toilets, complete kitchen, social area inside the shelter with TV, fire place. The camping area is big and can fit a lot of tents, cars, and motorhomes(big ones may have a bit of trouble accessing the camping spot). You can hire the guides services or just ask information to explore the region. The view of the Ilinizas and the Cotopaxi volcano is amazing and the prices are insanely cheap. 3 USD for the tent. No place around have this structure.

I wasn't able to find this place.

Report Check-In

maps.me has 2 separate locations for this place - we went to both and couldn't find anything like the descriptions here. had to leave and stay elsewhere.

We were in contact with these guys through Facebook messenger and were going to stay but on the day they didn’t have any water so we went elsewhere. They seemed really friendly though and got back to us quickly. $5pp/pn in cabin and $5pp camping but can stay for more than one night for that $5.

Report Check-In

Weird. Nothing on the place of the coordinates. A few metres down the road there is something that could be a camping (there is a sign at the street, a small grass field in what just looks like a private garden) but there was nobody. Also not that easy to reach, since the road that leads up to it is a dirtroad. We left and stayed at Cuello de Luna.
