We asked a local and he said it was ok to stay here for the night.
We saw a lot of « perroquets » !
Easy Gravel road from Vicuna but a little steep sometimes and some curves.

We spend one night here. It was very quiet! Beautiful place and a lot oportunities to camp.
Report Check-Invery nice spot near vicuña. very quiet at night, only a few cars passing. almost no light pollution so the sky is beautiful at night. a lot of places for vehicles and tents. there's also one picnic table and a barbecue. only downside, no phone reception.
Report Check-Inbeautiful place!!!! one of the nicest camps we've been to in Chile. We camped a few meters before the indicated spot though, no amenities like benches or tables.
We stayed 4 nights in total and no one bothered us although we had a few nice chats with the locals. a few cars passing by, more on the weekend.

Spend 2 peaceful nights here. Super quiet. No foxes for us but a lot of parrots and goats. The sky in the night is really beautiful ! No cell reception. We parked close to the picknick table and bbq. There was some trash but not to much.
Report Check-InSpent two nights here. Very quiet (even on weekend nights), amazing stars and well hidden from the road if you choose your spot wisely. Saw multiple foxes that seem to be used to getting food from humans unfortunately... Lots of trash, broken bottles and TP.
