Customs office, takes 5 minutes to obtain the necessary stamps, easy process.

after getting our stamps for the carnet and exiting the building, the guy who was 'helping' came and asked for a 'service fee' to which we just said no. he was okay with this and left as there really isn't much difficulty getting the carnet stamped here.
