I stayed on a Monday night, quiet, not many guests.
6 bed dorm room to myself, 10,000. Has mosquito nets, very basic but clean. Big lockers to store bag.
Two single beds 20,000
Double room 30,000
Local beer 2,200
Staff very friendly, shared bathrooms for dorm had no hot water so they let me use a shower in one of the chalets.

this is a very convenient place when arriving at night to blantyre, since its right next to the bus station and you dont have to walk around town at night. rooms are cheap (8000 for a dorm bed). food and beers are not quite so cheap (1500 for a beer). the place itself is a regular bar, not particularly nice. great place if you need to stay one night before continuing on...

Good vibe, friendly staff, laundry service (machine wash and dry) available. Rooms are a bit old, but cheap (20k for a double). Has a pool and a relaxed bar with Dstv.

Good place to stay for couple of days and organise things before coming back in the road. We went to a doctor which was recommended buy the manager and also to the good and reliable mechanic which is a friend of the accountant so the staff is very friendly and helpful. At Sunday there was great jazz concert, swimming pool is clean and quite big, but restaurant expensive (pizza 6.000mk, wrap 5.000mk). Beer 1000mk so the price like anywhere else. For triple room we paid 24.000mk (32$) which was the same price or even cheaper than dorm. Secure parking, skybound internet (but not available when we were there). Bus station just outside the gate to if you need any essential you’ll find them there. Laundry by piece- we paid 6000mk for big basket with all the dirty cloths from rainy Mulanje trek. Recommended!

Mostly a bar with locals, volunteer groups and expats, pizzas and burgers for Kw4000-7000. Not a bad place for a drink and chat. Swimming pool, didn’t check the prices for rooms etc.
