Not recomendable to change money either. They pay you less.

No comprar el soat acá! Es una estafa. Tampoco se puede comprar en ipiales. Nosotros fuimos directamente a pasto y lo compramos en seguros previsora.
Report Check-InIn fact, try not to buy anything here. Almost got ripped off buying a simple 4G chip, had to insist for half an hour for them to give me the internet plan I had already payed for. It didn't appear on the system and they kept insisting it shouldn't appear but that everything was ok (yeah right).
Try to arrive to the border with internet on your phone (from either country) you'll need it to get through customs.
don’t buy the SOAT here, even the aduana/customs said, it’s a risk to buy it here because of fakes. Buy it at the éxito supermarket in the next town.
