Price has increased to 250 lira/24h (almost 10 euro). We didn't find the toilets. Very busy and noisy parking lot.

Great location to be away from city hustle and bustle. Easy access by public transit. We paid 100TL each 24 hrs. Stayed 2 nights with no problems. Shops and restaurants nearby. Traffic noise was bearable as you are near a boulevard. Well lit and felt safe. Toilets still 1TL although not super close by.

We stayed here one night. The parking is big and clean. Behind the parking is a nice park that feels save (in the evening, locals come here to sport). Clean public toilet for 1 TL, open from 8 AM to 10 PM.

On the other side of the big Turgut Özal Blv. there are several nice restaurants (eg. Mezze) plus the Idealtepe Station. We took a metro to the old city from here (25 mins or 10 stops with the Marmaray Train; one way ticket 17 TL. Please note vending machine did not accept larger bills than 20 TL).

Name on Google Maps of the place is Küçükyalı Karavan Parki. If you come from the European side by car, our advice is to take the O-7 around the city.

As described. A clean and secure parking area suitable for all vehicles. From here you can take either the metro line or the bus to Istanbul central. The number 4 bus line will take you right to the harbour where you can board the Şehir Hatları Ferryboats. From Eminönü–Kadıköy.
Ferries depart each dock every 20 minutes from about 07:00 am until about 20:40 (8:40 pm) every day on the 35-minute voyage.
Cost of the bus in one direction is about 3tl. The boat crossing also about 3tl.
As a bit of information, if you come to this point in a big rig with high ground clearance you may not activate the induction loop on the floor as your vehicle is too high from the floor. Do not panic, if you have a passenger ask them to drag a spade or empty jerrycan across the floor between the two lines on the ground, this will make the loop required. Then press the button on the automated machine to issue a ticket. The barrier should then lift. We did not figure this out until the third barrier attempted.😁

Camped here during Beyram so very busy but all great. Pay 1 TL to access clean toilets

really nice little spot. The surrounding park is lovely. parking for 4nights/5days was 8.3 euros.

Seaside public car parking with security. Suitable for caravan parking. No facilities.
