Arch of Neutrality. There are a lot of parking spaces here, if you’re looking for a place to spend the night outside the city, we’re pretty sure this place will be deserted. For the record: we stayed at Ak Altyn so no first hand experience.

we had the entire park to ourselves. The arch itself is nice but not a must see, but the change of guards in front of the arch was fun to watch. I always asked myself what these poor guys in the glass sheds have done wrong in the military academy to be posted on this duty... maybe smoked behind the barracks? ;)
