Hector Calderon - he does all sorts of general vehicle maintenance, tires, brakes, etc. There are only two mechanics in town (the other is already listed). Hours roughly 9am to 9pm, but can be flexible. Spanish only, they know very limited English.
He fixed a broken brake within a couple of hours, 10k for the work.
