Gas station/truck stop with dump station to the south of the building and west of the gas pumps. Very busy.

Bad rv dump. Rinse water doesn't have a hose. The spigot for the rinse water also has bad pressure so it's hard to clean up. Messy when I got here. Don't fill up non-potable water with the spigot cause it'll take an hour. We waited a hour behind an RV to finish it's business. Dump is electronically locked, need to pay cashier for the pincode. $10. You'd expect them to provide a better rinse hose at the price. Unfortunately, all other spots on denver are more expensive.

Report Check-In$12 to dump and it was gross. A puddle of you know what right where you need to stand. There’s water to flush but you need to turn it on near the grass area.
If you live in the area I’d recommend a $30 card to use the Broomfield water water and dump. It’ll be worth the drive and save you a ton of $. I wish I would have found out about it prior to my visit.
Report Check-In10usd to dump e free potable water at the spigot next to the propane filling spot . You need to get inside the store, pay the 10usd to get the code to enter in the pinpad at the dump site . Not the easiest dump station .
Report Check-InWe used the dump here once while moochdocking in a friend's driveway. The dump was filthy, with puddles of spilled effluent where you need to access the dump facility. There was NO flush water available, and someone in line behind us said that was the case the last time he'd used the facility a month prior. With the discount for Good Sam, dumping cost $12. Will never go there again. Would rather pay the entrance fee to the nearby state park to dump, than to use this dump station.
