Stopped here for lunch but it would be perfect for cyclists in the rain. Flat grassy area for a tent and a small hut for shelter next to a clean river. On your right as you’re heading south on the CA, fenced off but accessible alongside the river.

all the area is fenced

Report Check-In

There's a hole on the roof. Had to put my tent in the heavy rain night.

Excelente ubicación para descansar, con el río a un lado, y una pequeña casita para poder cocinar.

Easy to find and accesible water but super dusty and buggy. Not a place to relax and chill, good enough to sleep.

great place to spend the night while cycling! you can walk to the forest to hide from the road and get more privacy, though it's quite wet and cold on night.

Only for backpackers or cyclists. Fenced but accessible by the river. You'll need to dismount you paniers to go behind the fence. And it is worth it. Good shelter against wind and rain. No much room to build the tent inside though. One person could eventually sleep on the bench inside the shelter. But the grass just in front or the forest 20m further offer good ground for tents. Good access to the river and plenty of wood for a fire. Thanks to anywho left a can of fish in the shelter. There's a 26" bicycle tire in very good condition for anyone in need.

Excellent spot! Only for small vehicles that can be carried by hand along the river. The shelter could fit a 1p tent, but it'd not be comfortable. It's good enough to cook and repack. The steam is fast flowing, I jump into it to wash off the dust from the wind and pickups speeding on the ripio. It's possible to pitch in the woods, 50m from the shelter, to be completely hidden from the road. I had ~20 cars passing at night, some were honking, but probably because of a shrine on the other side of the road.

Otherwise, the 3 bedroom abandoned house is also a very nice spot for worse weather, dry and clean, ~10km further mostly downhill
