Waved us through.

Empty checkpoint towards Yucatan (10-11am ish). On the way back to cancun (15-16pm) there was a cop there, but didn’t pay attention to the road.

Got stopped by a police officer who appeared to be pulling over most vehicles. He repeatedly asked us for our passports, but we did not have them. I believe he wanted to give us a harder time, but since we told him none of us spoke Spanish he let us go.

Stopped by gentle police. Checked license, passport and migration card, also made a full inspection inside my van looking for guns and drugs as they told me. Everything was right and allowed me to continue.

Checked license and insurance, asked where we came from and then let us continue! They seemed pretty friendly.

Got stopped by a friendly young Estatal Policemen; he looked at our front and asked if our license plates are original and where we from- while we're talking i saw a German Polizei patch at his uniform and talked about the region where it comes from= that breaks the ice and we had an easy going conversation...and blocking the road for at least 5min☺️🤣..sorry for the 5 cars behind us😇

Got stopped and just asked the routine questions, no inspection. Got let go in 30 seconds. Very nice officer.

Police stop us and search the car for very long time, they were really unfriendly and the all thing felt bad, they really tried to find something.
In the rain they siting and stoping cars.

Les policiers nous ont arrêtés. Comme d'habitude on a parlé en français pour ne pas qu'ils nous retiennent. Ont demandé l'enregistrement du véhicule, on a montré une copie de notre permis de conduire. Ils ne comprenaient rien donc nous ont laissés aller. Ça marche tjrs de jouer les innocents avec la police municipale.

Two police officers pulling over cars. They didn't stop us, because they were busy with another tourist
