Still 400 for 1 person in double room with private bathroom. Basic but plenty for 1 night. Plenty of parking right outside your room. Internet slow.

400 pesos for 1 bed simple room. Luke warm water.

great hotel at a low price, very clean and well maintained, with wifi; is on a street parallel to the main street and is therefore very quiet. All rooms are on the ground floor and bicycles also fit into the room. I paid 400 pesos for the single room.

Arrived by bicycle. Budget hotel. Still $350 per night and good value at that price. Got a large studio-style room. Good shower. WiFi acceptable. Friendly receptionist who moved other bookings around to make room for me. Quieter location off the main street. Clean enough.

Update: after I wrote the review below, the cleaning person in the morning asked me if I had a dog. She then said dogs weren't allowed, that the reception lady was new and didn't know, and that I should leave a tip in the room. So, I'm not sure if this place is really dog friendly or not.

Very basic room with a shower. Clean. Off the street parking that's tucked out of sight. I believe there is someone working at the entrance overnight. I was able to park my Jeep + small camper trailer a few steps from my room. Lady at the front stopped to think a bit when I asked if they allowed dogs, and asked about size. It must be something related to price. She also asked if the dog had her own bed (which she does). In the end she said it was ok for my medium size dog to stay (normal pitbull mix size for reference, chunky, but not tall). May be different if you bring a bigger dog. I paid 350 pesos, which appears to be the single (queen bed) room price and no additional for the doggo.

Yes you can hear some other people, so if you are a light sleeper, you may need to consider that. It was not too bad. Light-wise, curtains are good at keeping the room dark. Shower is warm and pressure is low, which is kind of common. Careful stepping into the shower, very slippery tile.

If you need to walk your dogs, short leash them and have full control. Don't expect it to be easy. There are free roaming neighborhood dogs, which should be no news to anyone. Dogs are dogs and get territorial. I doubt this would be different in any other hotel street, though here it's off the main road, and one of these local dogs sleeps at the entrance, keeping your vehicle safe. Mine gets weird with new dogs so I need to avoid confrontation situations. In my experience local dogs have responded quite well if you shoo them away early enough on their approach. Raise your arm too. You can see their expression changes into a more submissive attitude, which is probably due to how they are raised. You'll need all your senses turned on if you have a dog. I love dogs that's why I know when to keep them away from each other :)

I have service with Google Fi. Download of 50 Mbps, upload around 8 Mbps, however, a 260 ms ping. It'd be on the not so good side for Zoom calls. Did not test Starlink.

paid 350 peso for a really spacious room with a queen-size bed it's free internet (it has a 6 on Speedtest ), so maybe not so good if you need to do valuable things on the internet . beds are comfortable private parking in front of the rooms fits all kind of vehicle. price for 2 beds is 400 peso

Report Check-In

Squeaky bed that you can feel the springs in and an overall dinky room in general. The shower was nice and hot with great pressure but the water leaked out of the bathroom and into the main room. I had to use the one and only towel they provided to wipe up the floor after I used it to dry my body.
Not quiet at all-I could hear my neighbor snoring.
It was a cheap reprieve from my car for a night. I got clean and charged my electronics, but my car bed is more comfortable. Wifi was ok. The off street parking was nice.

Clean and basic motel for 350MXN. Walls are paper thin so hope your neighbors aren’t up late. Secure parking and slow WiFi

Report Check-In

Cheap enough but somewhat dirty. Nice staff. Breakfast was good and cheap at the attached restaurant. Hidden parking was good too.

You pay for what you get I guess. It shpuld be quiet since the place is off the main road, but it was SO loud. We were woken up so many times in the night by loud people in the courtyard, trucks drivining in and out, and doors being slammed shut. Will not be staying again or recommending this place to others. You’ll have better luck with almost any other hotel in town.

Lovely little hotel! We paid M$350 per night for a room with one double bed (also only one towel, but I’m sure we could have asked for another). The prices were on a board in the reception, which I appreciated having been ripped off at another hotel the night before. Room was super clean, nice hot shower, fast WiFi, comfy bed. There was just enough room for our bicycles inside also. Prices might be higher during whale watching season, but we’re a bit too early for that.

Place to park our motos directly in front of the rooms. Out of sight but no locked gate, WiFi is a bit sketchy from our room, clean beds with showers and TV. 400 peso for a double.

New, clean, and spacious rooms with parking. Not on the main road so nor too loud. 350 for 2 beds.
