Basic and cheap hotel, seems to be the cheapest in town. 780 pesos for a single room with private bathroom, 650 pesos per person for a shared bathroom. reasonably clean, and okay beds, rooms have flat screen TV and cable, Wi-Fi is fast. parking lot currently under construction, currently excellent secure parking for motorbikes only but we'll have more capacity once it's finished.
There is a kitchen available at this place although no breakfast is included, there are old rooms and some newly built rooms, the newly-built rooms are much nicer, I stayed in room 11 and it was good.

I am in the old room. shady but okay for a night. some surprisingly nice bars in town near the port.
new prices - 520 single 640 with private bathroom. value of peso also decreasing, may be that's why.
