Description
This was an ATM in a banc office but available besides the normal opening hours of the banc. Was open on christmas, so I guess 24/7. They accept also Maestro and charge only the minimum fee in Uruguay of 100 U$. Dollars are available too, but I don’t know the fee.

No bank or ATM here, checked had co-ordinates correct, may have been a bank her at some point but I very much doubt it. Plenty of banks in the centre!
