Description
No immigration office. Just a customs check on the Malawi side. Only mode of payment is USD. You will have to go to Chitipa for immigration (visas, etc.) and for customs too if you don’t have any USD in cash (no card facility). It’s 84 miles from Isoka, the first 40 are tarred but the rest of the way is very rough, do NOT attempt in the rain.
