Good alternative overnight. I usually stay on BLM land but if rain is expected or I arrive in town very late I prefer this location. All the RVs and overnighters stay in same general vicinity. I am a minivan so I blend in by the trees. Well lit parking lot and safe. Be sure to use black out shades as the lights are bright. The store closes at 11 pm but activity continues. Young people always driving fast through parking lot so stay on edges so they don’t hit you. Shift change at 2 am so a bit of activity. Been here at least 3 times for overnight. Not my first choice but acceptable and no one will knock on your window. Photo is from last weekend and during night big rain storm came through.
Report Check-In2nd time staying here overnight. parked by garden center both times with no issues - other than a very loud pickup that seemed to be pulling through the lot and speeding up the side road over and over in a loop. cops finally stopped him right in front of us. assume someone complained. once store closed, it was pretty quiet. great view of Mt. Graham. wifi worked well.

Report Check-InOvernight parking is still allowed. They request that RVs park as far from the store as possible and clean up after yourselves, which any self respecting RVer should do anyways!
Report Check-InLot perimeter is mostly sloped and/or obstructed by trees, so we took up space in the inner lot. (Not our favorite.) There was one other rig here and some man made noise including their generator and the road. Still, a good place to restock and rest for a night.
