Kargadan Boutique Hostel is specially made by us for those who like adventure, new city experiences, love, and who made it to our mysterious city. Our hostel is managed by a brother and sister team and we try to make it like a cozy place that feels like your own home. We want our guests to feel the spirit of an old flat with its high ceiling, large terrace full of plants and flowers, vintage lamps, handmade mosaics and tiles.
Everything in Kargadan Boutique hostel made by our own hands- even a comfortable large bed, or a chocolate cake. Tea and coffee are available in unlimited quantities in the common room. We have a fully equipped kitchen- refrigerator, stove, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, pans, glasses and cups at your full disposal.
You can enjoy specialty coffee, traditional drinks and Iranian food while meeting people and sharing your travel experience with them.
Every bed has its own reading light, privacy curtain, an individual locker, a shelf and a multi socket.
In addition to well-deserved rest in our hostel, you can always get all the necessary information about Tehran and the surrounding area, we will be happy to tell you about our favorite routes, secret places, cafes and the best art galleries in Tehran.

Description by the owner is unfortunately far from accurate. Dirty rooms and yard, overpriced for what's on offer. Can't recommend. Would suggest exploring other options in Tehran before staying here.

Report Check-InWe loved staying here! Very comfortable dorm rooms and soon they will also have doubles. The atmosphere is very nice and as others have mentioned is is beautifully designed. Omid and Golshid were very kind and helpful, all in all it was a wonderful experience to stay there. One of the best hostels on our journey.
Report Check-InIf you’re fine staying in a dorm room, this is an excellent place, as others have already said. Price has gone up a little again, around 12euro pp but still great value for money.
NOTE: parking in street possible and went fine with our Defender110. But we were warned of thieves on arrival by local and as we were leaving a neighbour said to take care as he spotted someone watching us and our car from distance. So I’d recommend locking away anything you might have on the roof.
Report Check-InPrice went up a bit, now 10 euros pppn. Nice stylish place indeed, also very clean! We did a lot of laundry here for free which was great. Also there is a kitchen where I did some work on my laptop. Free coffee and thee all day.
Unfortunately there are no private rooms but we didnt mind. My wife and I had a bed next to each other.
Report Check-InHands down best hostel I’ve stayed in. Slightly more expensive, but the kindest staff, tasty breakfast, good showers and well done bunks. A place to wind down and feel at home for a couple of days.
Location is a bit difficult to spot, look for number 15 and the tripadvisor sticker.
Report Check-InVery nice newly opened Hostel - probably the nicest hostel I've been to. Amazing place with great design and very friendly owner Omid - who's an architect which you clearly see in this place. Clean, restaurant/cafe included which is also visited by young locals. Washing for free. The place is like an oasis in the city with an amazing style, great balcony and terrace and very helpful and friendly staff. They have 2 dorms, beds are comfortable and covered with curtains.
They have no parking for cars but we parked in the alley which looks totally safe as it is a good area of the city.
breakfast included, about 6€ p.p. pet night.
