Nice campground, very quiet. You have to reserve online at https://www.swfwmd.state.fl.us/recreation/alston-tract . You will receive an email with the gate code. The campground has an covered picnic shelter and a portable toilet. There is also a pump with water on side, but not drinkable.
The sites are mostly covered from Trees. Beside the campground you will find the Hillsborough preserve, were you can do some hiking.
