We camped here for one night and they opened a room for us with hot shower. Staff very friendly and helpful

We stayed at the campsite in Mbega for 2 nights, still the same price. They were hit hard during the pandemic and were closed for a year. This resulted in a burst water pipe that I guess they can't afford to get fixed. They provide a bucket of water next to the toilet (western) so you can flush. They also own Simba Lodge directly next door and they gave us a key to a room there for a nice hot shower and use of the bathroom.
We arrived unannounced at 8pm and had to wait half an hour for the manager to be fetched from home as there were no other guests. This is her number to WhatsApp in advance: +255784613335
Pamba the dog is just so lovely and will sleep near your car, doesn't beg for food just enjoys the company. Very peaceful, just the birds to listen to. Came here after a night at the noisy snake park.
There was WiFi at reception but we didn't connect so can't comment.

We stayed here on campsite for 1 night on our way to Serengeti National park. Lovely friendly staff. Clean place, the night guard made fire just for us to have a hot shower and what can I say it was the best hot shower we had in days. Close to Arusha National Park . Would recommend this place

Friendly and welcoming, the hot water donkey was lit when I arrived. Some level spots to be found, otherwise pretty basic but good for some rest and quietness. No views except the raised platform you can go up to. 10USD pp

Great camping spot with trees providing cover from sun and wind. Very friendly staff with good service. Bit of noise from the nearby church on Sunday, surely overall a very tranquil place to stay.

Consistent with what it has been said in others comments. There is a place for eating dry if it’s raining. Hot shower very pleasant, and the staff is very helpful.

Grassy campsite, with small boma area. Toilet facilities are basic however more than sufficient; fantastic hot showers are provided with a donkey boiler.

The property borders onto the national park, and they have a lovely elevated hide where you can look over into the park at Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt. Meru (on a clear day). We visited here earlier in the month and saw elephants at the fence as well.

As mentioned previously there is free wifi in the restaurant area. Very friendly staff as well. Firewood was provided on request.
